Premium Farm Eggs
All eggs at Tenelach Tuathanas come from birds raised in open, calm environments with clean water, fresh air, and natural routines. Ducks, chickens, and geese live as a flock should — moving freely, foraging, resting, and interacting in a secure space designed for their health and safety.
Healthy birds produce strong, nutrient-rich eggs. Our eggs contain vibrant yolks, firm shells, and the natural nutrition that comes from birds living low-stress, active lives. We believe food quality begins with animal welfare. When birds are raised well, the difference shows in every egg.
Production is intentionally small-batch so we can prioritize care over volume. This is working farm food — honest, seasonal, and rooted in respect for the animals that provide it.
Duck Eggs — Our Specialty
Duck Eggs: Rich & Rare!
Duck eggs are the heart of our egg program. Larger, richer, and naturally higher in protein than chicken eggs, they are prized by bakers for their structure, vibrant yolks, and deep flavor. Cakes rise taller, pastries bake flakier, and custards develop a luxurious texture that simply isn’t the same with standard eggs.
Because duck eggs are less common, they remain a specialty product — produced in small batches and handled with care. Each egg reflects the calm, healthy environment our birds live in every day.
Duck eggs are also part of a full farm ecosystem. Eggs that don’t meet our standards for sale never go to waste; they become nutritious food for our working dogs and other animals. On a real farm, everything supports everything else.
Duck eggs produce taller cakes, richer custards, and flakier pastries. Their structure and flavor make them a favorite for baking and cooking. Many customers discover duck eggs once and never go back.
Seasonal Goose Eggs
Goose eggs appear only in limited seasonal cycles and are one of the rarest offerings on the farm. Larger than both duck and chicken eggs, they are rich, dense, and striking in appearance. A single goose egg can equal multiple chicken eggs in cooking and baking, making them both practical and memorable.
Because geese lay infrequently compared to other birds, availability is unpredictable and always small-batch. These eggs are a true farm rarity — a reflection of natural rhythms rather than production schedules.
When goose eggs are available, they are shared in limited quantities with customers who appreciate their uniqueness and the care behind them.
Chicken Eggs - Farm Fresh Classics
Our chicken eggs are the everyday foundation of the farm — beautiful brown shells with bright, healthy yolks that reflect the birds’ active lives. Raised alongside ducks and geese, our chickens live in secure open yards where they forage, dust bathe, and follow natural rhythms.
These are classic farm eggs: clean, fresh, and nutrient-rich. Their color, flavor, and structure come from birds raised with space, calm environments, and attentive care. They are simple food done well — the kind of eggs that remind people what farm fresh truly tastes like.
Like all of our production, chicken eggs are gathered in small batches and shared seasonally.
Small Batch. Always.
We raise birds first and produce eggs second. Every egg that leaves Tenelach Tuathanas comes from animals we know individually and care for daily. Production follows natural cycles, not quotas, and availability reflects the real rhythm of a working farm.
These eggs are not factory food. They are the result of time, care, and respect for the animals that provide them.

What Makes Farm Eggs Nutritionally Unique
Eggs from ducks, chickens, and geese are complete protein foods containing all essential amino acids the human body needs. Beyond protein, farm eggs are naturally rich in:
• Vitamin A — supports vision, immune health, and skin
• Vitamin B12 — essential for nerve function and energy production
• Vitamin D — supports bone health and calcium absorption
• Vitamin E — antioxidant support for cells
• Choline — critical for brain and liver function
• Iron — supports oxygen transport in the blood
• Zinc — supports immune health and healing
• Omega fatty acids — support heart and brain health
Because our birds live active outdoor lives and eat varied diets, their eggs develop strong shells, vibrant yolks, and dense nutrient profiles. Color and richness are natural indicators of nutrition.
Eggs are one of the most efficient whole foods available: compact, complete, and biologically designed to nourish life.
