Greenhouse Production

The greenhouse at Tenelach Tuathanas is the engine of year-round crop production. Inside a controlled environment, we grow specialty peppers, seasonal greens, propagation stock, and experimental varieties that would not survive outdoors in early growth stages.

This space allows us to extend the growing season, protect young plants, and produce consistent, high-quality crops regardless of weather. Every tray is monitored daily for moisture, airflow, and plant health.

The greenhouse is not just a structure — it is a working laboratory for small-scale agriculture.

Growing with Intention

Production inside the greenhouse is scaled deliberately. We prioritize plant health, observation, and learning over rapid expansion. Each season improves the system, strengthens our knowledge, and refines the farm’s future direction.

Propagation and Nursery Stock

The greenhouse also serves as a propagation hub for trees, ornamentals, and future nursery inventory. Seedlings and cuttings begin life here before moving into outdoor zones. This system allows us to build long-term plant inventory while maintaining survival rates and health.

Seasonal Flowers

The greenhouse is also home to seasonal flowers grown for beauty, pollinators, and future planting across the farm. Flowers are part of the working rhythm here — not decoration, but living structure that supports biodiversity and balance.

Color inside the greenhouse signals health. Strong blooms indicate strong systems: soil vitality, airflow, and attentive care. Many of these flowers will move into outdoor beds, pollinator zones, and ornamental plantings that shape the character of Tenelach Tuathanas.

Food production and beauty grow side by side.

Specialty Peppers

The greenhouse supports an intensive specialty pepper program focused on rare, high-flavor varieties grown for both fresh sale and future seedling production. These plants represent hundreds of individual specimens carefully managed from germination through transplant.

Specialty peppers require precision: temperature control, staged watering, airflow, and nutrient balance. The greenhouse provides that environment.

Every season on the farm starts here, in the greenhouse, where growth is guided carefully from the first leaf forward.
